Home Care Services

Hands-on help with daily living so people can stay in the home they already know.

At Peniel Healthcare Services, home is where comfort, dignity and cherished memories reside. We help individuals maintain independence and quality of life through trusted, non-medical home care delivered throughout Ohio.

As a proud veteran-owned agency, we uphold the discipline, reliability and integrity gained from military service. Whether we are serving private-funded clients or partnering with Managed Care Plans, we bring precision and compassion to every visit.

We believe every individual deserves the right to age, recover or heal in the comfort of their own home while receiving the highest standard of care.

What's included

Inside home care services

Each service below is delivered against the plan on file and documented so your care team can rely on it.

  • A care worker helping an older man with grooming while he sits in his own home.

    Personal Care Assistance

Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility help, toileting and daily routines.

Our aides are trained to assist without taking over, supporting only what a person needs help with and preserving independence everywhere else.

  • Hands sorting tablets into the compartments of a weekly pill organiser.

    Medication Reminders

Timely prompts, pillbox organisation and coordination with family.

Caregivers do not administer medication, but they make sure the right prompts happen at the right time and that families know when something is missed.

  • A woman cooking a meal on a hob in a home kitchen.

    Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support

Planning, cooking and serving meals that fit dietary needs and preferences.

Meals are prepared to the plan on file, with attention to allergies, texture requirements and the food someone actually enjoys eating.

  • A woman folding clean laundry into neat piles beside a laundry basket.

    Light Housekeeping & Laundry

Cleaning, changing linens and laundry tasks that keep the home safe.

A clean floor and fresh bedding prevent falls and infections. This is care work, not chores.

  • A care worker helping an older person with a walking frame get into a car.

    Transportation & Errands

Rides to appointments, grocery runs and community activities.

  • A care worker and an older woman sitting together on a sofa, looking at something and talking.

    Companionship & Emotional Support

Conversation, social engagement, walks and shared hobbies.

Isolation is a health risk. Consistent, familiar company is one of the most effective things we provide.

  • A care worker sitting beside an older woman in a softly lit room late in the evening.

    24-Hour & Live-In Care

Around-the-clock coverage for people who should not be alone overnight.

  • A health worker visiting a family at home, sitting with them in their living room.

    Home Health Aide Services

Aide-level support coordinated with the wider clinical care team.
