Peniel Healthcare Services offers telehealth mental health appointments, so you can receive care from the comfort of your own home or while on the go, conveniently, securely and safely.

We are a psychiatric nurse practitioner-founded organisation. Every client is different, so we tailor services to individual needs and we listen at every step.

Each service below is delivered against the plan on file and documented so your care team can rely on it.

    Telehealth Psychiatry

    Medication management and psychiatric assessments to help clients manage mental health conditions effectively.

    Virtual Counseling

    A safe, supportive environment for individual, family and couples counseling through virtual sessions.

    Behavioral Health Integration (BHI)

    A monthly remote program combining physical and mental health treatment, available to Medicare Part B beneficiaries with at least one diagnosed behavioral condition who consent to enrolment.

    BHI is primarily managed by the patient's physician or care manager, with additional support from psychiatric consultants or therapists. Core elements: systematic assessment, continuous patient monitoring, care plan development and updates, and an ongoing relationship with a dedicated care team member.

    Crisis Intervention & Stabilisation

    Support during acute episodes, with escalation to the right level of care.

    Medication Management & Psychoeducation

    Evaluation and management of conditions such as depression and anxiety.

Funding & eligibility

Medicare Part B covers up to 80% of the cost of BHI for eligible patients; Medicaid and private insurers may also offer coverage. Telehealth services are provided to clients located in Ohio.
